Kyle Andrews

Co-Director

Registered Psychologist

Kyle is a registered psychologist with over three years of experience supporting individuals across a broad range of mental health presentations. He has worked extensively with people experiencing psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression and anxiety, as well as those with autism, ADHD and intellectual disabilities. Kyle’s approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help individuals better understand themselves, navigate challenges and live meaningful lives.

Kyle has worked in an Early Psychosis service, providing individual therapy, psychological assessments and group-based therapy. Through this work, he developed strong skills in supporting clients in both trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming ways, tailoring care to meet each person’s unique needs and experiences.

Outside of his clinical work, Kyle enjoys being outdoors, running, playing tennis, spending time at the beach and discovering great coffee spots.
