Registered Psychologist
Kyle is a registered psychologist with over three years of experience supporting individuals across a broad range of mental health presentations. He has worked extensively with people experiencing psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression and anxiety, as well as those with autism, ADHD and intellectual disabilities. Kyle’s approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help individuals better understand themselves, navigate challenges and live meaningful lives.
Kyle has worked in an Early Psychosis service, providing individual therapy, psychological assessments and group-based therapy. Through this work, he developed strong skills in supporting clients in both trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming ways, tailoring care to meet each person’s unique needs and experiences.
Outside of his clinical work, Kyle enjoys being outdoors, running, playing tennis, spending time at the beach and discovering great coffee spots.

Occupational Therapist
Sara has over 5 years of experience working with people with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD and mental health concerns including Psychosis, Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. Trauma-informed principles and person-centred care are at the core of her practice.
Sara has worked for over two years in an Early Psychosis service and is currently employed as a senior clinician in the Functional Recovery Team. With experience in both NDIS private practice and early psychosis, she has developed knowledge in trauma, neurodivergence, group therapy, and individual therapy.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys bushwalking, camping, going to the gym and spending time with her dog, Lucy.
