Process for getting linked in with NDIS therapeutic supports

Once you have completed our referral form for our NDIS therapeutic supports, we will get in touch with you to book your first appointment. If you’re self- or plan-managed, we provide invoices after each session, which you or your plan manager can process. A service agreement is required between the therapist and participant before the first appointment
